Job Title: Enterprise Technology Sales Representative (Buy-Side) Job Description
  • Consistently meet or exceed personal sales quota and team revenue targets
  • Identify target accounts and build valuable relationships in order to best pitch S3’s value proposition effectively
  • Collaborate with S3’s Service Desk and Account Management teams to deliver meaningful content to clients and identify new opportunities
  • Actively manage CRM and ensure forecasting is up to date throughout all stages of the sales cycle
  • Interact with clients and prospects on a regular basis (COVID-19 restrictions apply, until further notice)
  • Communicate high-level intel to S3’s sales organization
  • Present S3’s products in organized and effective manner
  • Identify customer needs and work with internal teams to deliver solutions and knowledge whenever necessary
  • Commitment to understanding the technology and needs that drive decisions at target accounts
Competencies/Experiences:
  • Bachelor’s or MBA
  • 3 - 5 years of work experience as a Sales Representative or Business Development Representative at Financial Technology or Data firm, or experience in Prime brokerage or Securities Lending
  • Equities knowledge is a must
  • Fixed Income, Equity Swaps, Equity Options is desirable
  • Dependable, professional demeanor and strong communication skills
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Clear, effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Learn technical concepts quickly and explain those concepts in an easy to understand manner
  • Extreme attention to detail and meticulously organized
  • Proven track record selling to financial markets participants
  • Excellent Phone, Email and Demo skills
  • Knowledge of competitive software, providers, and key players in the capital markets pricing and technology space
  • Demonstrated understanding of how to create relationships with decision makers and champions within target accounts in order to close business
  • Experience selling solutions at enterprise level
  • Deep understanding of buy-side workflows and data requirements

Job Title: Client Service Representative Job Description
  • Maintain close contact with assigned clients to effectively train, prevent churn and develop intel for upselling opportunities
  • Schedule trainings with clients to ensure effective new feature roll-out
  • Target high-risk users and dedicate more attention to them to prevent churn
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling S3’s product suite to existing customers
  • Assist with onboarding projects, providing innovation, process improvements and technical expertise where applicable
  • Collect and present client feedback to S3’s Product and Sales teams
Competencies/Experiences:
  • Bachelor’s or MBA
  • 3 - 5 years of work experience as a Client Service Rep or Business Analyst in Prime brokerage
